If you contact us by form through our website or by email, VIAC may store your provided data in any case for six months and moreover for such duration as necessary for the performance of the task carried out by VIAC in the public interest (§ 139 Austrian Federal Act on Economic Chambers), in particular for the duration necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. As far as necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, your data can also be transferred outside of the EU or the EEA; this is one of the cases of derogation pursuant to Art. 49 para. 1 GDPR. Processors carry out data processing on our behalf.  

Your rights

You are generally entitled to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability.

If you consider that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other manner, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
