In an effort to promote greener and more sustainable arbitrations, VIAC has signed the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations’s Green Pledge.

The Campaign for Greener Arbitrations seeks to raise awareness about the environmental impact and the carbon footprint of arbitrations and strives to promote more sustainable solutions. One of the Campaign’s Guiding Principles is the commitment to correspond electronically in order to reduce paper waste. Quite recently, VIAC has introduced the VIAC Portal, an electronic case management platform, which offers a modern and secure way to manage arbitration cases and facilitate eco-friendly communication. 

VIAC is honoured to now join close to 100 institutional supporters in promoting more sustainable arbitral practices.
